Article 1: General terms
The e-commerce website of DuoCraft Studio, operating as a sole trader at 10010 Zagreb, Croatia, offers its customers the opportunity to purchase products from its webshop online.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to any order placed by a visitor to this e-commerce website (“Customer”). When placing an order through the webshop, the Customer must expressly accept these Conditions, agreeing to the applicability of these Conditions to the exclusion of all other conditions. Additional terms and conditions of the Customer are excluded unless expressly accepted by DuoCraft Studio in writing.

Article 2: Price
All prices stated are expressed in EURO, always including VAT (if applicable) and all other duties or taxes required by the Customer.
If delivery, reservation, or administrative costs are charged, this will be stated separately.
The price statement refers exclusively to the items as described. The accompanying photos are intended for decorative purposes and may contain elements not included in the price.

Article 3: Offer
Despite the fact that the online catalog and the e-commerce website have been compiled with the greatest possible care, it is still possible that the information provided is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up-to-date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on DuoCraft Studio. DuoCraft Studio is only bound to an obligation of means regarding the correctness and completeness of the information provided and is not liable for manifest material errors, typesetting, or printing errors.
For specific questions about product features, availability, delivery time, or delivery method, please contact customer service in advance.
The offer is valid while stocks last and may be adjusted or withdrawn at any time. DuoCraft Studio cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a product. If an offer has a limited period of validity or is subject to conditions, this will be expressly stated in the offer.

Article 4: Online purchases
Order procedure:
The Customer must enter their shipping details carefully.
Delivery is made through a third-party delivery service. The costs associated with delivery are clearly indicated when choosing the delivery method.
The Customer can choose between payment methods such as credit card, bank card, bank transfer, and PayPal.
The Customer must check their details before continuing with the payment process.
DuoCraft Studio is entitled to refuse an order in case of a serious shortcoming of the Customer concerning previous orders.

Article 5: Warranty
Under Croatian law, the consumer has legal rights in the sale of consumer goods. This legal warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of delivery to the first owner. Any commercial warranty does not affect these rights.
To invoke the warranty, the Customer must present proof of purchase and is advised to keep the original packaging of the goods.
For items purchased online and delivered to the Customer’s home, the Customer must contact customer service and return the item at their expense.
The legal warranty does not apply to defects resulting from accidents, neglect, improper use, or any other abnormal or incorrect use.

Article 7: Sanctions for non-payment
In case of non-payment or late payment, the Customer will owe an interest of 10% per year on the unpaid amount without notice. Additionally, the Customer owes a fixed compensation of 10% of the amount, with a minimum of 25 euros per invoice.
DuoCraft Studio reserves the right to take back items that have not been (fully) paid for.

Article 8: Infringement of validity – non-renunciation
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or void, this does not affect the validity, legality, and applicability of the other provisions.
Failure by DuoCraft Studio to enforce any rights under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Article 9: Change of conditions
These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by other explicitly referred-to terms and conditions. In the event of any contradiction, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Article 10: Evidence
The Customer accepts that electronic communications and backups can serve as evidence.

Article 11: Applicable law – disputes
Croatian law applies, with the exception of the provisions of private international law regarding applicable law.
The courts of the Customer’s place of residence have jurisdiction in legal disputes.

Privacy & Safety

Article 12: Privacy
The data controller, DuoCraft Studio, respects Croatian privacy law regarding the processing of personal data.
Personal data provided by the Customer will only be used for executing the agreement, processing orders, sending newsletters, and marketing purposes.
The Customer has the right to inspect and correct personal data by sending a written request to DuoCraft Studio at [email protected].
Personal data will not be passed on, rented, or sold to third parties.
The Customer is responsible for keeping their login details and password confidential.

Article 13: Use of cookies
Cookies may be placed on your computer during a visit to the site. Cookies are text files that help optimize the site’s functionality. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are installed.
